1. GENERAL INFORMATION 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the AERIS website (www.aeris-label.com) and to purchases made through it. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our services.

AERIS is registered in Austria and adheres to Austrian laws, but ships products globally.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place orders. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our products, including materials, sizes, and colors. However, there may be slight variations between product images and actual products, particularly in color due to screen differences.

4. PRICES AND CURRENCY 

- Prices are displayed in various currencies depending on your location, determined through geolocation.
- Austrian customers and customers within the European Union (EU) will see prices that include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate.
- International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their respective countries.
- All prices are subject to change without notice, and the final checkout price will be in the selected currency at the time of purchase.

    5. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT 

    - Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, which acknowledges that we have received your order but does not yet constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including stock availability or pricing errors.
    - We accept the following payment methods: [Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, iDeal, EPS, Klarna Pay Now, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal].
    - Full payment must be made at checkout. If payment is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

      6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

      - We ship products globally, with shipping fees calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and method.
      - Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination. AERIS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors beyond our control.
      - You are responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed in your country.
      - If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and offer an alternative product or a refund.

        INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

        - We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary, and delays can occur due to customs processing.
        - Additional customs fees or import duties for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

          7.  RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERRUFSRECHT)

          As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Law and EU regulations.

          - The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party, excluding the carrier) receive the goods.

          - To exercise this right, please notify us via email at info@aeris-label.com with your order number and intention to withdraw.

          - You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

          - Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.

          8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

          - You can return any items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
          - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aeris-label.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs on all orders are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
          - Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

            9. WARRANTY

            - Under Austrian law, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty for goods purchased for personal use. If a product is defective, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. The 24-month warranty covers defects that were present at the time of delivery. It does not apply to damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper washing, storage, or care, as well as any modifications or alterations made to the product.
            - Please report any defects or issues within a reasonable period by contacting us at info@aeris-label.com.

              10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

              All content, designs, logos, images, and text on our website are the intellectual property of AERIS or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.

              11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

              12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

              To the maximum extent permitted by law, AERIS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved in the claim.

              13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

              These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Austrian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.

              For international customers, additional local consumer protection laws may apply.
