Where are your clothes manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Italy and Portugal, where we proudly collaborate with small, family-run factories. 

What are you doing to be sustainable?

The factories we collaborate with are highly environmentally conscious and share our commitment to sustainability. We use natural fibres for our clothing and employ recyclable and biodegradable materials for our labelling and packaging.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards as well as alternative payment methods like PayPal. 

Will my credit card information be safe?

Yes. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We strive to prepare your order for shipping within 1-2 days. For orders within the EU, delivery typically is within 5 working days. International orders may require a longer delivery time. For more information about delivery times, please refer to our 'Shipping & Returns' page.

Are you shipping Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We ship to most countries but should your country not appear please contact our customer care team at info@aeris-label.com
