DELIVERY
We ship to most European countries as well as Internationally.
We offer Standard as well as Express shipping methods.
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact our team at info@aeris-label.com. Please include your order number within the subject of the email.
We do not refund shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that these timings are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or busy holiday periods.
AT: 1-2 working days
DE: 2-3 working days
CH: 2-3 working days
UK: 3-4 working days
REST OF EU: 1-5 working days
NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA: 6-10 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 5-10 working days
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been received at the shipping destination.

RETURNS
We hope that you love your purchase but should you need to request a return for any reason, please read the information below carefully.
Customers may return items for a refund, unless stated on the product page, within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.
All merchandise must be in unaltered condition and in their original packaging. All original tags must be attached for your return to be accepted.
Unfortunately, as a small brand we cannot offer free returns at this time.
